Grievance Redressal Procedure
Level 1 :
- If you have any query/complaint ,then you can visit the nearest branch during working hours (10:00 am to 5:30 pm) to lodge your complaint in the Complaint and Grievance Register.
- It will take 15 working days to resolve your query.
Level 2:
